This shit is heavy. And now it's raining.
Do I get it now before it gets too wet, or do I leave it so the sidewalks and driveway won't be a sheet of ice when it all freezes tonight.
Decisions, decisions.

Depends where you live. If you're up north where it will be cold for a while, don't leave it, you're driveway will be a bumpy mess till summer.

I'd do it now, then just throw some sand down if it gets icy. Supposed to get 16 inches of snow here, so I'm digging out every few hours so I don't have to deal with it all at once. Supposedly it will be raining as the snow tapers off.

I did that last week when we got about 10". Shoveled, let it accumulate, shoveled again.
Was a great plan until most of it blew back onto the driveway overnight. God damn snow drifts...
